Account activity may be restricted pending verification. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the requested timeframe, 98game may close the account and return any undisputed real-money balance.
By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria above. You also confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active 98game account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 98game will close all accounts except the first verified account and may void all bonus-related winnings across the duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 98game account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 98game support immediately.
All 98game accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your balance, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are all expressed in PKR. 98game does not operate accounts in any foreign currency.
An account that has not had any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. 98game reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance where funds are available. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed. Account holders will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
Important: Never share your password with anyone. 98game staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If someone claiming to be from 98game asks for your password, do not provide it and contact support immediately.
98game accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 300 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 500 for NayaPay and SadaPay. The minimum deposit via IBFT or card is Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account verification status.
Deposits must be made from accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources will be refused and returned to their source. 98game reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT transfers may take between 1 and 4 banking hours. Processing times for card withdrawals depend on the issuing bank and may take up to 3 business days in some cases.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Before a withdrawal is processed, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses associated with your account. 98game reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method from which a prior deposit has been made, where technically possible.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details when making deposits and requesting withdrawals. 98game accepts no liability for delays or losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by the account holder. If an incorrect withdrawal detail results in funds being sent to the wrong account, 98game will make reasonable efforts to assist recovery but cannot guarantee the return of such funds.
All bets placed at 98game are subject to the specific sport and market rules published within the sportsbook. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each market before placing a bet. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from the 98game platform. The minimum bet on most sportsbook markets is Rs 200. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event.
Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body for each sport. For cricket, this includes the International Cricket Council (ICC) and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic competitions. For football, FIFA and the relevant domestic league authorities. 98game reserves the right to delay settlement where a result is under official review or protest.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play; a technical error results in incorrect odds being published and accepted; or the governing body officially reverses the result of an event after initial settlement. Voided bets are returned to your 98game balance as real-money funds.
Where odds are published at clearly incorrect levels due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, 98game reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds. "Clearly incorrect" means materially below or above the true market price in a way that a reasonable person would recognise as an error. 98game will not selectively cancel only losing bets in such circumstances.
In-play betting markets at 98game open and close rapidly during live events. Bets accepted during brief suspension windows may be cancelled and stakes returned. Cash-out is available on selected markets and is subject to the prevailing odds at the moment the cash-out request is submitted. 98game reserves the right to suspend cash-out during periods of rapid odds movement.
All casino games at 98game — including Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Aviator, and live dealer tables — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. The use of any software, system, or methodology designed to exploit game mechanics, predict outcomes, or reverse-engineer the RNG is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
Virtual sports events at 98game are generated by a separate certified RNG. Each virtual event is fully independent of previous results — no statistical pattern from prior events can be used to predict future outcomes. Bets on virtual sports are subject to the same general betting rules in Section 5 and the specific market rules displayed within the virtual sports section.
Minimum bets on casino games vary by table and are displayed before you join. Live casino sessions may experience temporary disruption due to streaming connectivity — in the event of a mid-hand disconnection, 98game will resolve the hand according to the game's standard rules and the last recorded game state on the server.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 98game are subject to specific Terms that are published alongside each offer. These Terms include minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's Terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion Terms prevail for that bonus.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution percentage for each game category is displayed within the promotion details at the time the bonus is claimed.
98game takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged bets designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting technical errors to generate bonus credits, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers, will result in the voiding of bonuses and winnings and may result in account closure.
New accounts at 98game may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit offer. Full terms of the current welcome bonus are displayed on the registration and deposit pages. 98game reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet claimed it.
Wagering reminder: Always check the wagering requirement on a bonus before claiming it. The wagering requirement tells you how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings generated from it.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 98game. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of all bets and bonuses, the withholding of funds pending investigation, and permanent closure of your account:
98game cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial regulators in the investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, and other unlawful activity. Account information and transaction records may be disclosed to relevant authorities as required by law.
98game is committed to providing a safe betting environment. Responsible gaming tools available to all account holders include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. All limits take effect immediately once set by the player. Limits that reduce your restrictions (such as increasing a deposit limit) are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
Self-exclusion at 98game means your account will be suspended for the period you select — from 6 months to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, receive promotional communications, or reactivate the account before the exclusion period ends. If you choose permanent self-exclusion, this cannot be reversed.

98game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be voided. Real-money balances that are not associated with a bonus and that are not required to be withheld pending investigation will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
Where an account is closed at your request, please contact support@98game.onl. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure is finalised.
98game provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform runs reliably and securely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors. 98game accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions, data transmission failures, or technical faults that are outside our reasonable control.
98game's total liability to any account holder in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rs 50,000, whichever is lower. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 98game's negligence.
All gambling involves risk. 98game is not liable for any losses incurred through betting or gaming on the platform where those losses result from the natural outcome of the game or market — including outcomes influenced by the certified RNG. You accept that losing bets are a normal and expected part of sports betting and casino gaming.
98game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — 98game will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform before the change takes effect.
For minor changes such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or non-material updates, 98game may update the Terms without individual notice but will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. Continuing to use 98game after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you object to any change to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of 98game, are governed by and construed in accordance with the terms of 98game's operating licence and the applicable policies of the licensing jurisdiction. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.
